This is a Spanish design and build but there are a handful sailing around the UK.
My judgment is that this is a good boat to learn sailing, it will forgive mistakes but reward your experiments. OK for most types of disability and easy to adapt, will not sink or capsize.
10/10 - As a boat for all types of disabilities - good seats, stable, good controls make it suitable for almost all disabilities
10/10 - As a boat for experienced disabled sailors - the amount of controls and tuning available make this a good interesting boat to sail and race.
10/10 - As a training boat - the tandem seating, controls, stability, 3 sails (it can run a spinnaker) make it a good boat for almost all disabilities.
8/10 - Ease of rigging - not difficult but needs a bit of knowledge to set up properly with the spinnaker.
6/10 - Ease of transport and launching - the fixed keel needs fairly deep water to launch and recover but not really difficult.
10/10 - Controls - everything you need and well arranged.
10/10 - Quality of fittings and build - good build and fittings.
9/10 - Getting in and out - narrow cockpit may hinder things a little.
10/10 - Sailing qualities - good in all conditions
6/10 - As a club boat - its seats and controls and sailing qualities make it a good club boat but its fixed keel might be a problem for some. them report good usage.
SCORES 89/100 ON THE BOAT CHART
Its almost a WOODY or a Martin 16, its only its keel and smallish cockpit that stops it being 'great' but it is very good
Would I sail one today if offered the chance?.............. yes please.
